What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Define and articulate a strategic vision to capture market attention and drive growth
  • Build and lead a team of sales executives while developing a strategic sales plan

  • 10 years of experience in sales within the insurance industry
  • 10 years of leadership experience, including team building
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with an insurance carrier or solution provider
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience in selling solutions for risk and underwriting
  • Familiarity with mover and property data
  • Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
