AO Globe life is the fastest growing sales team under the Globe Life Insurance umbrella. We currently hold the contracts to serve over 44,000 unions, the major Veteran Service Organizations across the US, and are the chosen life insurance providers for the Texas Rangers, Atlanta Braves, Dallas Cowboys, and the LA Lakers.
What does this mean? That our clients are provided for us at no cost to through these contracts and are continually given FREELY based on performance. They are warm leads and you will meet with these clients virtually making this a 100% remote career with no fear of it changing.
Which means YOU can say goodbye to paying for lead sources, cold calling, building your own pipeline, knocking doors, long commutes, and long sales funnels!
AO will give YOU all of the resources, support, training, and opportunity so that you can just focus on what you do best, sales!

Your Job
Here at AO, you will wear two hats
SalesLeadership / ManagementSales : Every week you will have leads distributed into your pipeline. It is your job to call them, set a time to meet with them virtually, review their benefits and options, build a plan tailored to their needs, and then close them.
Leadership : Everything rises and falls with the leader, and right now we need more leaders to manage sales teams. After you have demonstrated that you can sell, you will start acquiring a team of sales agents and your focus will be

For way to long people have been taught to NEVER list money as a motivator. Here at AO, we believe that is hogwash! Money is 100% a motivator, and even better when it is paired with an industry that you can feel good about.
Your commission will be based off policies sold. Our average policy is between $1,200 & $1,500 and you receive 50% on the week that you write the policy.Personal bonus's are an additional 5-23% on top of commission based on productionLeadership bonus's are paid off of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual growthResiduals are paid annually as long as your policies are in forceWhich means here at AO, you have access to 4 streams of income at once!
On average, our managing agents are making between $200,000-$250,000
Our top leaders are making between $500,000- $1,000,000And here at AO there is ample room for more at the top!Qualifications
