- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while answering calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
