- Draft and review contract documents, including terms and conditions, pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and payment terms.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts are legally sound.
- Reviews, coordinates and makes recommendations on contracts, service level agreements and statements of work.
- Serves as a professional representative for American Integrity in negotiations with vendors and at industry events.
- Negotiates with third party vendors on fee structures as well as on statements of work.
- Onboard new vendors by establishing clear contract parameters and expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including regular communication and performance reviews.
- Develops and ensure organizational visibility on key metrics.
- Monitors vendor performance based on contractual agreements through the use of analytics.
- Helps conduct audits.
- Track contract compliance, ensuring vendors adhere to all terms and conditions.
- Identify potential compliance risks and take corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within a contract management system.
- Process contract amendments and renewals as needed.
- Manage contract disputes and resolution processes.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or other related field preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years’ of industry experience required. Preferred candidate will have prior experience in vendor management related roles and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in P&C insurance.
