Controller

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our Accounting team! This new role is critical leadership role which reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Controller will play a vital role in overseeing all accounting and finance functions while contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of monthly financial reporting and annual financial closings.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2yrs experience in similar role
• Experience in a Manufacturing and/or distribution environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working experience with ERP system, or similar accounting software.
• Strong project management skills.
