Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our Accounting team. This critical leadership role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will play a vital role in overseeing all accounting and finance functions while contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Oversee all aspects of monthly financial reporting and annual financial closings.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2yrs experience in similar role
- Experience in a service and/or distribution environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Working experience with ERP system, or similar accounting software.
- Strong project management skills.
