Overview
This position is responsible for primary servicing and customer service for AIV. It is responsible for the processing of sales of all of AIV’s products and services from order entry to follow-up confirmations and traceability as well as assist in collection process when applicable. This position works closely with the sales manager to effectively manage customer expectations and experience. This position is expected to be a step above standard customer service and is the point for the ultimate customer experience.
o Receive, enter and confirm product related orders.
o Utilizing relationship to incorporate our products to customer needs.
o Attempt upsell on every order
o Process, Identify, and correct customer questions and complaints
Required
· Strong verbal presentation skills
· Strong Negotiation Skills
· Quick learner
· Ability to understand and follow directions
· Moderate computer user skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word.
o Database profiling of accounts to improve prospect targeting.
Education:
High School degree required, but we would prefer someone with a Bachelors degree in a business related or liberal arts field.
