Assistant Regional Manager

Job Title: Assistant Regional Manager. Starting pay $90K annually depending on experience.

I. Job Summary:

The regional assistant manager performs a variety of tasks to support the entire operation. The primary objective of this position is to provide assistance to the sales staff and other branch personnel in order to meet the needs of customers.

Responsible for assisting customers in person and on the phone in a positive and professional manner. Answer questions about product pricing and availability as well as demonstrate the use of products. Assist with pricing and stocking merchandise. Must be able to work independently and as a team. This position requires the ability to assist other departments as necessary. Must have at least five years of experience in sales/customer service. College degree is a must, along with great communication skills and the ability to multitask.

II. Key Duties
Install Truck equipment, assist in deliveries, and prepare equipment for rental/sales
Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customers’ needs.
Perform inventory control; determine equipment available for rental.
Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries.
Assist as needed throughout the branch.
Occasionally travel to assist other branch locations (Milford, CT & N. Oxford, MA)
Drive/transport equipment directly to customer locations on time and in a safe and courteous manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
