As a Weekend Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our sales team on weekends. Your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to our sales representatives
- Monitoring and responding to Facebook messages in a timely and professional manner
- Reviewing and distributing new leads from our online database throughout the day
- Performing various administrative tasks as required by the office manager
