Position Overview:
American Landscape is seeking individuals who are hard-working and interested in seasonal snow removal subcontractor positions. These individuals need to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. Top pay based on experience and equipment; negotiable.
- Plow Trucks
- Skidsteers
- Wheel Loaders
- Sidewalk trucks with crews and equipment
- The position will start in November and end at the final snow fall which tends to be the end of April.
- Provide a high-quality service for our clients.
- The position requires the individual to work nights and weekends depending on when the snow falls.
- Report to work at scheduled starting time.
- Act professional when speaking to a customer.
- Fill out daily paperwork.
- Perform services to the best of your ability and ask questions if there is confusion.
- A working phone is required to be able to communicate with supervisor on a daily/nightly basis.
Compensation:
Depends on equipment. Competitive Top Pay is negotiable.
- Plow Truck: $90 – $110 per hour.
- Skid Steer: $110 – $125 per hour.
- Wheel Loader: $150 – $190 per hour; depends on size, a 20K – 35K lb. range capacity, and attachments.
