Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for multiple related companies, including accounts payable, financial recording, and general bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be committed to maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor communication, invoice processing, and timely payments.
• Manage intercompany activity, including allocation of shared costs.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and generate financial reports for management as needed.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as required.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support the preparation for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• 5 Years Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recording.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
