Salary : $39,500 - $48,000 ($19 - $23 hourly) depending on experience As aCustomer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. Though not required experience in the Plumbing, Restoration, HVAC, or Constructionindustries is a plus! Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include :
- Quickly and efficiently answering incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Actively listening to the customer to learn about their situation and how we can help them
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling and routing of services to our team of technicians
- Dispatching jobs and updates to technicians in the field
- Coordinate any adjustments in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Provide sales support and recommendations The qualifications of a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include :
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong telephone and computer skills
- Experience scheduling and routing teams of technicians
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- QuickBooks and Salesforce knowledge is a plus!
- Covid-19 vaccination is required
- Must pass a Background check for our insurance requirements
