Plumbing Apprentice

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumbing Apprentice to join our Tulsa location. We are looking for an individual who has plumbing repair knowledge and skills, someone who is a quick learner and is looking to expand their skillset.

This person would be hired as a Plumbing Apprentice, and be trained on-the-job to accurately perform all types of Leak Detections. Including, Pool’s and Spa’s, gas piping, irrigation systems and plumbing leaks in homes. Joining the American Leak Detection team as a technician is an opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

American Leak Detection is THE leader in plumbing services, with state-of-the-art proprietary methods and equipment, we provide leak detection and repair services throughout the country. We find and repair various concealed plumbing leaks – working in residential homes and commercial properties and working with insurance companies. American Leak Detection takes pride in developing our technicians into well-rounded, knowledgeable, and highly-skilled individuals.

Base Salary:

· Starting $20-$26 hourly

· Commission

Starting pay is dependent upon the individuals experience.

Job Type:

· Full-time/Year Round

· Over-time available but not required

· Weekend hours available but not required

· Typical work week M-F 7:30am-3:00pm/4:00pm

Desired Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills

· The ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and customers

· Perform full scope pool and spa repairs

· Exceptional team player, energetic, goal-oriented, positive, and have a great attitude

· Self-motivated and the ability to work independently

· Mechanically inclined and problem-solving skills

· Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds

· Current driver’s license with clean driving record

· Ability to create well-written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue or repair

· Neat appearance / has a high standard of professionalism and character
