Administrative Assistant- Accounting
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Diversified secretarial position, providing administrative support to Company Controller

Assist Controller with the following:
- Accounts Receivable
- Billing
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Process Purchase Card (P-Card) accounts for Region
- Track and Renew Equipment Licenses
- Support management in special projects
- Prioritize daily issues; manage e-mail correspondence and other communication.
- Coordinate meeting and travel arrangements.
- Prepare/maintain comprehensive contact/general information lists for customers/employees, etc.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of presentation materials.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Set-up/maintain extensive files for several projects in various stages of development.
- Update/maintain standardized correspondence/provide administrative support in the preparation of bid proposals.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have strong proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must have 1-2 years accounting experience, construction accounting experience is preferred
- Must have excellent planning and communication skills
- Must be detail Oriented with exemplary organization skills
- Must have a high level of confidence, integrity and motivation
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Must have proven confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook e-mail and calendars/scheduling and internet.
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Must have a positive can-do approach to assignments
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
