Responsibilities:
- Investment & Business Development:
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in up-and-coming companies, including conducting due diligence and developing investment strategies.
- Collaborate with startup founders to develop and refine business plans, marketing strategies, and sales approaches.
- Secure and manage funding and other investment resources for the company.
- Oversee the implementation of new products, services, or business strategies within the assigned territory.
- Territory Management:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted sales goals within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and influencers within the territory.
- Identify and qualify leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives within the territory to achieve optimal performance.
- Overall Business Growth:
- Lead the development and execution of business development initiatives to expand the company's reach and market share.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
