About the Role:
- The Market Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business opportunities for our MoistureShield Decking, RDI Railing, and Freestyle Accessories brands in their assigned territory
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the construction industry
- The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with contractors, installers, architects, and homeowners
- The Market Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing regular sales reports highlighting sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 years related experience in sales
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% depending on territory size
