HR Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using Paycom.
• Payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Facilitate conflict management and resolution among employees as needed.
• Collaborate with management on HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documentation.
• Provide support for employee training

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience within HR
• Bilingual Spanish/ English required
• Proficiency in payroll systems - Paycom experience is a plus!
• Familiarity with project management principles to assist in HR initiatives.
• Strong conflict management skills to effectively address employee concerns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential.
