Job Summary

The Human Resource Coordinator assists in facilitating human resource processes across all business locations.

The ideal candidate interacts with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure with flexibility, proactivity, and professionalism.

Key attributes include efficiency, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

The role also involves general administrative responsibilities and a strong initiative to accomplish tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Security Managers to develop, prepare, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain all security-related documentation and records.
  • Coordinate safety and security programs to promote a safe working environment.
  • Review and recommend revisions, improvements, and updates to current safety training programs.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance the safety management program, including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
  • Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security-related incidents.
  • Assist with Security Training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of HR Coordinator experience (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing safety and security documentation and compliance processes.
