Project Administrator
A HVAC mechanical contracting business located in Walnut Creek has an immediate full-time opening for a person that enjoys a small business atmosphere, has a can-do attitude, is reliable, and willing to wear various hats. This position will provide support to construction project managers, in addition to overall office support. The ideal candidate may also take on Accounts Receivable, incoming check processing, and collection duties.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain project files, filing system and project communications
- Enter new projects into company's accounting system
- Obtain permits
- File preliminary notices for projects
- Ensure that all appropriate city business licenses are renewed timely
- Process all project-related change orders
- Maintain labor forecast
- Handle insurance requests for new and existing projects
- Prepare and manage subcontract agreements
