Qualifications of the Marketing Liaison (Hospital Liaison) : Must have marketing experienceMust have experience working with skilled nursing facilitiesMinimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or adult day care setting.Fluent in Spanish and English.Must have existing connections in the area with local hospitals or ability to establish them.Reliable mode of transportation required.Proven ability to understand and communicate technical information (e.g., clinical outcomes, data points).Knowledge of software programs like Sigma, Reliable visual, All Scripts, Epaces, Curaspan. Training will be provided as needed.Proficient with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison (Hospital Liaison) : Develop and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and local care facilities.Coordinate patient admissions and oversee facility marketing initiatives.Promote the facility’s clinical outcomes and services.Implement effective marketing and sales programs in the local area.Utilize a successful record of sales experience in a healthcare setting to drive patient referrals and admissions.Work closely with admissions team and other professional departments as needed to facilitate the efficient and orderly admission of appropriate patients / residents.Consult with appropriate departments to discuss and address potential barriers or impediments to admissions.Preliminarily screen potential candidates for transfer or admission through an on-site interview, review of faxed clinical information and / or telephone follow-up as needed in coordination with the admissions team.
