Role Description
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide customer service within our retail team, answering technical, design and logistics questions. Additionally this role will support our distribution business with order entry, quoting, invoicing and delivering prompt and excellent customer communication.
Responsibilities
· Provide customer service for ecommerce B2C customers via electronic communication (email, chat, etc.).
· Assist ecommerce team in managing day-to-day business, developing new products, and monitoring multiple sales channels.
· Support the B2B Customer Service team with order entry, quoting process and sales team support.
· Entering customer orders
· Distribution of order confirmations, invoicing, packing slips
· Quoting process
· New product process
· RGA process
· Sales team support
· Help with other duties in the office as needed (i.e. – lobby, answering phones)
Requirements
· Excellent ability to communicate electronically via email, chat, etc.
· Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of millwork and develop a deep understanding of the application of millwork products
· 2 years of customer service and data entry experience
· Millwork or construction industry knowledge a plus
· Strong technical skills including Office 365
· Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
