Customer Service Representative

APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Elkhart, IN looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their already amazing team. What your day will look like:

• Manage order entry for aftermarket products across multiple brands.
• Provide administrative support to both aftermarket customers and the team.
• Research credit documents promptly and communicate with customers regarding any updates.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers as needed.
• Gain knowledge of essential functions and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with shipping coordinators to address freight claims.
• Provide customers with timely ETAs and tracking numbers.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for sales or upper management.
• Work closely with the aftermarket sales team, offering support where needed.
• Ensure all shipments are processed, and all related paperwork is properly handled.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of Customer Service experience
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
