About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Teller to serve existing and prospective clients with exceptional customer service skills, previous cash handling experience, and a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be available to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 3:00pm, with flexibility to adjust hours between 9:00am and 5:45pm if needed, and rotate Saturdays from 8:45am to 12:15pm.
The successful candidate will provide top-notch client service, process transactions efficiently, and support sales efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Transaction Processing: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances
- Cash Handling: Record all transactions, prepare daily settlements of teller cash, and proof transactions according to branch procedures
- Clerical Duties: Answer calls, process incoming mail and deliveries, file documents, and perform data entry tasks
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with four to six months of teller experience or equivalent client service and/or cash handling experience. Previous sales experience is preferred.
