$64,355.20 - $126,339.20This position supports Hematology Oncology of Indiana.RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Senior Regional Director/Regional Director ("Director") in the effective and efficient operations of all regional clinics. To achieve this, the position acts as liaison between office managers and clinics and the corporate administrative services; supports Director in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance standards along with AON policies; ensures efficiency and stability of operational flow in all offices; supports the financial goals of the company by working with Director to manage staffing costs, purchasing, and maintain a high level of collections within the offices; works with other members of corporate staff on select projects
QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years management experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive operational knowledge of the medical field
Must possess great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Motivated and a self-starter
Superb analytical skills - concrete and abstract
Goal oriented
Bachelor's degree in business or health administration is preferred
Valid driver's license in the resident state for travel to clinics
