- Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices
- Respond to vendor payment inquiries
- Process weekly and ad hoc vendor payments
- Process daily expense reports
- Process and apply customer credit card payments taken over the telephone
- Process bank deposits and customer payments
- Provide customer support for inquiries related to account balances including addressing special invoices, statement requests, and providing other documentation as required
- Provide support for DSO related requests, including ad hoc statements and processing payments
- Process AO Edge program activities, including setting up customers and processing payments
- Responsible for daily review and special handling of invoices that do not auto-invoice
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned to achieve business objectives
- This position will also act as the backup for the front desk receptionist during breaks and vacations
- Associate degree in business or accounting and two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and efficient manner
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and Microsoft NAV or ERP system preferred
