Outside Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative – Restaurant Service & Supply

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating sales, building relationships with restaurant owners and managers, and promoting our restaurant service and supply products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant industry.

· Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve sales targets.

· Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and logistics, to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

· Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service supply industry.

· Strong understanding of restaurant operations and supply needs.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with B2B sales and account management.

· Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant supply products.

Pay: $76,507.00 - $120,000.00 per year
