Who We are looking for :
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Poker Manager to lead our poker operations with expertise, enthusiasm, and a dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our poker offerings uphold the highest standards of integrity, customer satisfaction, and profitability, all while cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

In this role, your leadership will ensure our poker operations run smoothly, our guests leave with memorable experiences, and our team thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations set forth by the Illinois Gaming Board regarding casino operations.
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the casino Internal Controls.
- Promote customer relations, handle all casino guests' needs, complaints, and disputes related to the casino in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and appearance.
- Attain maximum product revenue by means of communicating to senior management with reference to proper product mixture, positioning, pricing, and the evaluation of new product.
- Responsible for distribution of cards and chips to gaming pits.
- Responsible for the distribution and administering of performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters, and discipline to all reporting levels of poker
- Responsible for the authoring and distribution of poker reports as requested by senior management.
- Issue comps for customers / guests in accordance with established property standards.
- Keep all lines of communication open between shifts and other departments.
- Maintain a work environment that promotes the best teamwork and cooperation among its team members
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
