Position Description:
Entry-level HR & Recruiting position, responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring seasonal staff. Position includes responsibilities associated with the day-to-day management of over 3000 seasonal employees. Seeking outgoing, and enterprising individuals to join a growing and dynamic team. No office experience needed. This role is designed to be true "Entry Level" and includes training onto our office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and communicate with potential candidates
- Track, schedule, and organize candidate talent pool
- Assist in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities
- Interact with lifeguards to assist with the training process
- Assist with schedule creation and in-season day to day schedule
- Labor Compliance – comply with all Federal, State, and Local Labor Laws
Qualifications:
- Google Suite & Zoom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Team Player - Ability to perform in a team environment cohesively
