American Pool is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deck Attendant to join our team. As a Deck Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the pool area is clean, safe, and enjoyable for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the pool and surrounding areas, including locker rooms and bathrooms.
- Clean and maintain the pool deck, pool bathrooms, and skim the pool.
- Perform minor maintenance on pool accessories or the aquatics facility.
- Assist Facility Manager with tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Physical requirements include kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing, standing, or sitting for long durations and lifting at least 50 pounds.
