We are looking for a Commercial Pool Assistant Superintendent to support our construction projects. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
This role involves hands-on tasks, site inspections, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to superintendents; makes recommendations for necessary modifications when needed.
- Cleans and prepares specific areas of job sites assigned. This may include digging trenches, cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash, removing hazardous materials.
- Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Cleans jobsite at the end of the day
- Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies.
- Must be able to travel.
- Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.
- Performs other related duties to the project as assigned.

The Person
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Pool Construction experience preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute drawings, and plans.
- Ability to quickly identify problems and work with superintendents to efficiently solve them.
- Ability to communicate with supervisor and use of email.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work outdoors under any weather conditions and perform physical labor (dig, cut, rake, bend, kneel, lift, climb, etc.)
