Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated gading or foundation Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in concrete installation, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Concrete Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of our precast concrete products, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Installation:
Perform the installation of precast concrete products, including perimeter walls, retaining walls, sound walls, and fences.
- Preparation:
Prepare job sites by setting up forms, reinforcing steel, and other materials as required.
- Quality Control:
Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and project specifications.
- Safety:
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Heavy Operation:
Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including project managers and coordinators, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during installation, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete installation or a related field.
- Skills:
Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Physical Ability:
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Safety Awareness:
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Communication:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliability:
Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- License:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
