This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer located in Covington, KY. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and ensuring precise manufacturing of parts. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards in the machining process.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operating CNC machines
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and reading technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with materials such as aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, and Delrin
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is a plus
- Relevant technical degree or certification in CNC programming or machining
