**THIS IS A WORKING JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER ROLE, MUST BE ABLE TO BE HANDS ON AND COMPLETE ASSIGNED TASKS AT THE JOBSITE.**

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members -Travel to meet with subcontractors
- Use project management methodology to drive project execution and deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status, identify action items, and make decisions
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Track and report on project metrics and key performance indicators

Qualifications:

-Must be able to hang doors and drywall.
- Proven experience in construction
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships - Must be able to travel to meet with subcontractors.
