Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong construction background (5–10 years) to lead and manage various remediation and restoration projects. This role involves inspecting properties, identifying problems, and working directly with customers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee remediation and construction projects from start to finish.
- Conduct detailed property inspections to identify issues with electrical, plumbing, drywall, and other systems.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing concerns professionally.
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of construction experience, with a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and drywall systems.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve property damage issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in conducting inspections and creating detailed project plans.
- Clear background check and valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
