We are seeking a Project Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM is changing the industry by combining data analytics and project controls. APM brings real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.
Responsibilities
- Provide project financial consulting for Fortune 500 companies
- Interface with project team, contractors, and vendors to analyze status
- Analyze productivity and deliverables to forecast future performance
- Conduct trend analysis to project future performance and spend
- Analyze and report of project change management
- Collaborate with cost analyst and scheduling team on project schedule and forecast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Possess high professional standards, approach, and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
