Your Role :
We are seeking a talented Salesforce programmer to join our team and play a key role in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions with a Salesforce add-on. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and excellent problem-solving skills. This tech-savvy individual will collaborate with key technology partners. membership, member audience services, underwriting, major giving, marketing, and digital to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
The desired candidate will have demonstrated success in working with technology staff and power users and overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of custom Salesforce solutions.

Expected Compensation Range : $120,000 - $155,000 / yr. The exact salary is determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure, and internal equity.
Your Role :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process builder flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
- Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other custom functionalities as needed.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain and support existing Salesforce implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the IT Business Application Support team to cross-train and share workload.
- Help with Salesforce Administration work as needed.
