Salary : $12-15
American Pump & Drilling is seeking to hire an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Support representative. APD has physical locations in Ucon, Idaho; Idaho Falls, Idaho; and Afton, Wyoming, and specializes in delivering water. This position will be based out of Ucon, Idaho.
Primary Responsibilities include :
- Customer Relations including and primarily answering all the company phone calls for all locations, forwarding calls to correct person / department, taking messages, following up, and returning calls as needed
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Calling customers and following up on outstanding payments / accounts receivable
- Scanning and digitally organizing customer files
- Additional office organizational support and administrative duties as needed
- Maintaining customer information confidential
- Other related duties as assigned
