Pay: $45,000 starting salary (More with experience) plus generous bonuses can be achieved
Schedule: Flexible, Availability from 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Job Summary: American Quality Construction is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at our company. We specialize in residential roofing. The ideal candidate will be particular, well organized, ambitious, self-motivated and an effective communicator. AQC is seeking someone that can complete tasks efficiently and independently. Hours will fluctuate during the calendar year. You will be working closely with other personnel for training purposes to ensure all the tasks are done. However, AQC ultimately needs someone that can handle these tasks independently while continuing the company's overall growth. There’s plenty of room for advancement depending on the motivation and effectiveness of the candidate. Experience is not required but it allows for salary negotiations.
Responsibilities .
- Oversee coworkers and ensure everyone's job is being done properly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Ensure every stage of a job is finalized in a timely, professional, organized, and efficient manner.
- Strive for every coworker to be happy with their job, and customers to be satisfied with their work done.
- Make sure AQC has all the proper procedures, material, and tools to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Make sure all paperwork is done in a timely manner.
- Complete or ensure the completion of tasks that come up during the year.
- Ensure every coworker has the correct knowledge or training to complete their job.
- Make sure all off-season work is done.
- Other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Success in leading and motivating diverse teams in the construction field.
- Experience managing highly complex projects and/or multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
- Extensive professional knowledge and experience in areas of material management, and production
- Experience in using and setting up CRM programs. This includes problem solving and dealing with diverse technology.
- Experience in Quickbooks and Intuit.
- The ability to speak and write in Spanish.
- Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, gutter, and framing experience. Other construction experience is also desired depending on what it is and how it applies.
- Sales, Marketing, and Advertising Experience
