American Ramp Company is currently accepting applications for a Design Coordinator who thrives in an environment of collaboration, demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, and exhibits professional communication with clients and coworkers via in-person, virtual, and email consultation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and project teams. Foster positive relationships and facilitate communication to address concerns and ensure project success.
- Take detailed notes during internal and external project meetings.
- Coordinate design tasks for projects as needed.
- Help manage the schedules of designers based on design tasks.
- Create online surveys and landing pages for design projects.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure on-time billing for design projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to help create design flyers and posters.
- Remain on schedule by managing weekly tasks and resources effectively.
- Observe and integrate best practices into everyday tasks.

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth Pro, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred but not required)
