POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and organized administrator to join our team. In this critical role, the Marketing Administrator manages the day-to-day support for AREP’s firm-wide marketing operations. Reporting to the SVP of Integrated Marketing, the role responsibilities include coordinating marketing deliverables, programming, and materials, managing project timelines, maintaining information integrity, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. With a focus on data center, residential, office, and corporate marketing, the successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of exemplary administration and coordination expertise, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and high-level proficiency in admin and marketing software tools.

As the Marketing Administrator, you are the backbone of our integrated marketing operations. Your project administration, coordination, and delivery expertise are critical in ensuring excellence in service to our external and internal customers and supporting AREP’s strategic goals.
This is not a remote position. The successful candidate is required to be in the corporate headquarters office in Mclean, Virginia.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Champion the AREP and PowerHouse brand; voice, tone, style, design, behavior
- Serve as the marketing coordination point of contact for projects; coordinate and communicate with all teams, stakeholders, contractors, and clients; point of contact for scheduling marketing meetings & set-up
- Manage Weekly MarComm Planning tracker, ensuring all marketing team is aware of action items and next steps; support timely completion and gather information needed
- Manage Marketing invoice processing & budget tracking; point of contact for rcMKTG Workflow, manage invoices and coding, monthly reconciliation reports, SVP Marketing expense reports
- Manage and maintain updated AREP corporate & marketing programming information e.g. Website, PR bumper copy; Internal comms updates to SharePoint; Industry & Association Memberships, Employee thought leadership/ Subject Matter Expertise
- Manage marketing & visual asset organization; real-time capture and organization for design & creative files, and photography, rendering & video assets; communicate to the team when new assets are added (in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist)
- Coordinate and track awards & ranking submissions: communicating and tracking deliverables, deadlines, and due dates; tracking in relevant trackers/folders
- Coordinate sponsorships & deliverables: communicating and tracking deliverables, deadlines, and due dates; tracking in relevant trackers/folders
- Organize website updates for all AREP sites; and digital asset credentials tracking (in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist)
- Organize and maintain Brand inventory (in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist)
- Assist with planning Marketing and Corporate events and conferences (in collaboration with Office Operations)
- Assist with capturing digital assets and video to be used across social media (in coordination with the Marketing Specialist)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of the company and executive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
