To maintain our strong standing, we’re seeking an experienced Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator who will help drive and provide first-class service to our customers and team!

- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.
- Help review shipment materials before distribution.
- Work closely with operations to coordinate drivers’ routes to ensure the drivers’ schedule is efficient and productive.
- Monitor shipment costs and productivity processes.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and weigh tickets.
- Support reporting needs for transportation, operations, and customer service
- Address customers’ requests by communicating information or providing solutions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, associate degree or some college preferred
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a relevant position.
- Knowledge of office administration and customer service.
- Advanced data entry skills.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
