We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Currently registered in 30 states).
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and payroll data.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure proper enrollment and changes. Familiarity with Self-Funded/Captive products is a plus.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.
- Experience with SharePoint/Teams required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Practical HR knowledge is required 3-5 years working as a Business Partner with Payroll experience will be required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
