The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is seeking a fulltime Executive Assistant to provide support to our Executive Team members. The Executive Assistant handles high-level administrative tasks such as scheduling, reviewing and drafting documents, prioritizing and responding to emails, organizing documents, and coordinating special projects. The primary goal of the Executive Assistant- Executive Services is to enable the executives to manage their time more efficiently and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
General Administration
- Provide a wide variety of administrative tasks for executives to ensure accomplishment of organizational and operational goals and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate executives’ schedules, including complex calendar management, agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and other organizational logistics.
- Assist in meeting planning and preparations.
- Manage executives’ travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage information content and flow to executives and departments, including drafting, editing, and proofing documents.
- Prepare, file, and retrieve reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
- Research and obtain data in support of document preparation for the Board of Trustees, committees, and other executives.
- Process, maintain, and manage contracts.
- Practice and maintain confidentiality in all areas.
- Provide coverage support for the receptionist.
- Perform other duties as assigned or modified as business needs dictate.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree, or equivalent experience, and five plus years as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
Executive Assistant experience with leadership, including C-suite.

Salary Description:
$31.70-$37.29 per hour
