How You’ll Make an Impact
We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented and highly organized Business Office Coordinator with a passion for service. This key role oversees front office communications and facilitates key administrative tasks at ARA headquarters.
As the first point of contact for our members, the Business Office Coordinator will handle a range of administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, mail, and meetings coordination. The right candidate will love working autonomously and using independent judgment to prioritize and execute a variety of projects.
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.
In addition, you’ll
- Work collaboratively across the entire association to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement workflow efficiencies in the mailroom including identifying outside vendors solutions.
- Oversee the flow of mail across the organization, including inbound and outbound mail room processing.
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply levels, by working with department managers to ensure inventory needs are met.
- Process invoices and online orders on a monthly basis.
- Other duties as required.

- Works closely with the Membership Team
- Works with members to support, develop and execute workforce development initiatives
