What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent/Consultant position at American Residential Group?
American Residential Group is currently looking for a self-motivated, energetic Leasing Agent/Consultant for an upscale Apartment Community. Experience is preferred but not required. This individual will possess an outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: preparing available units each morning for showings, answering the phones, assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns, completing lease paperwork, and entering resident information into our systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass background check & drug screening
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
- Must be available to work some week-ends and overtime as needed
- Must have professional appearance
- Able to take initiative and work productively and in a timely organized manner.
