Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service scheduling.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on maintenance agreements and appointments.
- Accurately enter customer information into our system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of call center experience required.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- A strong phone presence and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills.
- Ability to work the required schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend required.
