We are seeking a full-time Account Manager/Business Developer in the Southern Middle TN area who embodies our core values and is eager to contribute to our growth and success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager/Business Developer, you will:

• Develop and Grow Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business prospects while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing activities aligned with Arcus Restoration’s successful framework to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Client Engagement: Conduct warm and cold calls to generate leads, schedule and attend face-to-face business meetings, luncheons, and presentations to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure Service Excellence: Oversee that all client interactions, services, and documentation meet or exceed expectations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company promises.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and client engagements to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Availability and Travel: Be available for after-hours support and travel as required to meet client and business needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance restoration industry is preferred.
• Team Orientation: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and tools.
• Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of insurance processes and terminology is preferred but not required.
• Adaptability: A coachable, growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to personal and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Average base salary of $55,000, plus commission opportunities.
