BNA Business Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the industry, we provide innovative and cutting-edge business solutions to our clients, and we are looking for a driven individual to help us continue our growth and success.

Position Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be the main point of contact for your clients and will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and successful experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their business needs and providing them with the best solutions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, being their go-to person for any questions or concerns

- Actively seek out new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets

- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth and improvement

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and issues

- Effectively present and communicate product and service offerings to clients

- Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market information in our CRM system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a business services industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Knowledge of accounting or business operations is a plus
