- Provide expert guidance to clients navigating the timeshare cancellation process, ensuring they have clear expectations throughout.
- Develop and implement tailored action plans for clients to secure a seamless resolution.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and messages promptly, addressing client concerns within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate and updated client information in our Salesforce system.
- Communicate consistently and professionally through multiple channels, including email, mail, and phone.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment centered on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance client service.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
