What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at American Restoration Operations, LLC?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: arranging and conducting onboarding for new hires/acquisitions
- Recruit, screen and interview job applicants
- Training: Facilitating training and education
- Updating employees about new policies, procedures and practices
- Help employees with office-related or field related issues
- Enter and audit information in ADP for acquisitions
- Will assist with payroll for acquisitions
- Handles complaints and resolving grievances and conflicts
- Update and maintain employee records in ADP
- Plan performance reviews
- Maintain organizational charts
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Stay up to date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Office duties including but not limited to scheduling calls for the CEO, CFO etc.

Requirements and Skills:
- 2-5 years experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
