H2O Away is hiring an Estimator Salesperson as a full-time position.

We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined and organized individual who can join our growing team as an Estimator Salesperson to visit loss sites, sell our services, write mitigation estimates, and handle carrier communication to help the homeowner get the claims covered by insurance. We will provide all the tools needed for this individual to succeed.

• Visit potential jobs to assess and document damages, explain the mitigation process to the customer, and sell the job
• Manage existing projects and create new project estimates in Xactimate and internal company CRM
• Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
• Follow-up on potential projects and maintain constant communication with customers and company office staff, supervisors, and labor department

The Estimator is responsible for customer and carrier communication, estimating the project in Xactimate and ensuring that each estimate is sent in a timely manner and followed up on until they award us the business. After the estimate and contract are signed, the project gets handed to a Project Manager to run the job.

Restoration Industry experience in mitigation and reconstruction, have an understanding of insurance claims process and have a good working knowledge of Xactimate estimating a PLUS.

Base pay is $25-$35 / hr plus competitive & healthy monthly bonus structure. The range is based upon work experience.
